Dolphin Bay Creates Culinary Dream Team

The Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa has hired not one, but two phenomenal chefs to augment an already stellar team at The Lido restaurant. Jacob Moss leads Lido as the facility's Executive Chef, creating the seasonal menus and directing the kitchen's creative efforts, while Maegen Loring comes on board as the Pastry and Events Chef, leading the Lido's catered events both on- and off-premises. Added to that is Sous Chef Ian Florence, making The Lido's chef staff a culinary "dream team" to rival any on the California coast.
