THE BEST FINE DINING RESTAURANT IN FRANKFURT
Posted April 25, 2016
For connoisseurs and gourmets, our Restaurant Sèvres at the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof in Frankfurt is one of the city’s premier locations. A gift from the tsarist era gave the restaurant its name: An exclusive exhibition of Sèvres porcelain from one of the most important European producers, decorated by Jean-Pierre Feuillet, the most renowned porcelain painter of his time, serves as an unusual backdrop at the hotel, underscoring the historical ambiance in particular.

Whether you choose is foie gras served with mustard and pear confit and thyme brioche, steak tatare from free-ranging cattle served with quail egg, wasabi mousse and chive ice cream, pan-fried whole Dover sole served with fine leaf spinach and baby potatoes, filet of beef with duck rillettes au gratin, orange leek and baby potatoes or chocolate spiced dôme with quinces and port ice cream – our chef de cuisine Roland Füssel and his team indulge guests with a selection of national and international dishes of the finest quality. Dining culture and first-class service make a visit to the Sèvres a fine dining experience – for example, the maître himself personally fillets or carves some dishes right at the table.

Wine connoisseurs are sure to enjoy our fine wines from the hotel’s own estate winery Prinz von Hessen and from all over the world.
