There are several meeting room opportunities at the River Inn. Three spaces are in the Inn itself and the other is the new River Hall. All are ideal settings for small business meetings, retreats, seminars or wedding events.
The Belle Memphis Room – Named for a famous Mississippi River steamboat, this room has a beautiful boardroom table which seats 10, plus standard audio-visual equipment and a built-in dry erase board. One glass wall of this room is actually the wine cellar display. Attractive sconces, antique pieces, and an 1850’s fireplace mantel from New Orleans, make this a very desirable space.
Paulette's can be divided for very private meetings and banquets of 10 to 65 persons. The Harbor View Room, the River View Room or the two combined are perfect for most any event. The Harbor View has drop-down screen. Although normally not open for lunch, the room is available for luncheon functions.
River Inn’s newest venue, the River Hall, affords the most spectacular view of the River, and can seat 58 guests and accommodate 120 for a "stand-up" reception. Next to the Hall, the beautifully landscaped courtyard can be tented and accommodate 100 seated and 200 for a reception. Whether it formal or informal, Paulette's or Tug’s Casual Grill will cater.
Although there are no private rooms, Tug’s is a great, casual place for groups of friends, clients, employees or the family.
