Founded in 1969 by Robert Redford, Sundance Resort lies surrounded by the majestic mountains. This luxury Utah resort and hotel has been recognized as top destination by Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure. Intimate, laid-back, and naturally beautiful, the Sundance Resort is a nature-lover’s dream.
Sundance offers a variety of unique indoor and outdoor conference and function spaces: meeting rooms, a banquet hall, breakout rooms, reception areas, and more, to cater to all needs. Sundance is an outstanding location to host Utah meetings, conferences, weddings, group retreats, incentive and award travel, workshops, and seminars. From groups of 15 to 200, the spaces used are designed to echo the beauty of the natural settings of Sundance.
Rehearsal Hall is Sundance’s largest indoor function space, the Rehearsal Hall, boasts 17-foot ceilings and sliding barn-style glass doors. This space overlooks the Sundance pond and Allan Hauser’s masterful bronze sculpture "Morning Prayer." The Rehearsal Hall accommodates up to 250 people for a sit down meal and subdivides into three sections for added flexibility.
Take in the spectacular views of 12,000-foot Mount Timpanogos from the Creekside Room. With a deck that can accommodate up to 50 for a sit down meal, and space for 70 inside, this space is ideal for indoor-outdoor functions.
