Meetings at The Villas of Grand Cypress are designed to meet one standard: Perfection. With elegant terraces and lakeside settings, our Executive Meeting Center is walking distance from the Villas and offers a unique venue with up to 10,500 square feet of flexible space. The Executive Meeting Center offers four separate spaces of soundproof meeting and banquet rooms. The Nine18 Restaurant can hold smaller, more intimate meetings. The Equestrian Center is one of the largest outdoor covered areas in Central Florida. The Villas are ideal for hosting meetings for ten people or less in a comfortable setting with living or dining rooms. Outdoor events can also be held on the patio decks of the Villas.
The choice of accommodations spans Club Suites and villas with up to four bedrooms. All provide at least 650 square feet of elegant living space and terraces with spectacular views of the surrounding waterways or fairways. A total of seven restaurants and 24-hour room service fuel delegates between meetings and rounds on the golf courses. Those with energy to spare pursue everything from tennis to sailing, hiking, fishing, shopping and jaunts to the neighboring Walt Disney World theme parks.

Four Months and $14 Million for Major Makeover
On October 22, 2012, the 146-room Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort will usher in a new era when it begins a four-month, $14 million renovation that will feature completely new interiors; upgraded furniture, fixtures, finishes and enhanced in-room technology in all of its guest accommodations. In addition to the renovation of the Villas, the resort will also be adding a new fitness center. This revitalization of the renowned Villas of Grand Cypress will set new standards for positive guest experiences. The Villas will thoughtfully proceed with renovations one block of villas at a time, with no interruption to reservations, resort operations or guest satisfaction.
"Upon completion of this renovation, the Villas of Grand Cypress will once again be at the top of the list as one of Florida’s leading luxury resorts,” states Steve Mills of the resort’s ownership group. “With the thorough redesign of the spacious guest accommodations, the Villas of Grand Cypress will firmly establish a foundation for future expansion of the resort. We are not just changing out the soft goods and refreshing the paint. We are innovating through design and elevating the guest experience.”
