About Chef Todd Clarmo
Chef Todd Clarmo is the chef behind some of Canada’s most successful restaurants. Professionally trained at the Niagara Culinary Institute, Chef Clarmo honed his skills at Langdon hall in Cambridge, and in Europe’s famous kitchens including Hotel Troisgros in Roanne, France (Relais & Chateau, three Michelin Stars) and Hotellerie de Crillon le Brave in Provence (Relais & Chateau) and Hotel Le Prieuré (Relais & Chateau) in Provence. In London, he studied under Chef Clive Howe at the Lygon Arms Hotel, returning to Toronto in 1994. Prior to joining STOCK, he held the title of corporate executive chef at Oliver Bonacini Restaurants which include the critically acclaimed Canoe Restaurant and Bar, Auberge du Pommier and Jump Café and Bar.
